We usually ship by reputed Couriers and in remote places by India Post

Shipping Charges - India

The shipping Charges are included in the cost of the book. Shipping is not FREE. Shipping charges are based on weight.. Discount shall be offered in shipping if the number of books ordered are more than 5 at a time. The final decision will be on the despatch department. The rates mentioned in the site are for delivery in India only.

Shipping Charges - Overseas Countries

Extra shipping Charges must be payable for delivery of orders outsite India. For delivery outside India please send us a mail at insurance.kolkata@gmail.com to send a Quote of the extra postal charges applicable.

 When orders are shipped

If the product is in our stock it takes One working day to ship the orders. For details of shipment the users can log into their account in the site and view the status of despatch.

Delivery Time

In metro and major cities it will take upto 3-5 days for delivery of books. It may take some more time in case of remote locations. For the books despatched by Registered Post it may take 7-12 days for delivery. The delivery time mentioned above is excluding holidays.

Please do not call us before this time period for enquiry about despatch.

Returns

Once the order is executed no refund is allowed. Only in case of damaged books/Pages are missing we replace the book once we receive the damaged book.
